Introduction to Personal Computers COURSE INTRODUCTION: This course introduces students to the world of personal computers. It also teaches a first time user what a computer is and how it works. There is a brief introduction to Windows ‘95 along with sample screens and menus. The functions of the mouse, keyboard, monitor and printer are also discussed. Students are introduced to software applications and complete tasks that help a first time user understand how and what can be done with a computer. SUITABLE FOR: Those who have never used a computer previously and would like to start with the basics.
