Enrolment Process For International Students You must lodge an Application for Academic Place Of Study form available from Academy, along with the NZ$250 Administration Fee. Your Application will be assessed and must meet the following criteria before you will be notified in writing that your application has become provisional A place of study must be available Administration fee must be paid Documentation must be complete AOL must be able to validate documents Academic Pre-Requisite Assessment has been passed Once you have been notified that your application is approved you will be required to pay all course fees seven days prior to the start of your course. Withdrawal and Refunds If you wish to withdraw from the course for any reason and wish to apply for a refund of fees, you must do so in writing and within the first eight days from the start date of your course, whereupon your fees, less $500 or 10% of the fees - whichever is less - will be refunded to the person, persons or organisation nominated by you on your application form as being responsible for paying the fees. Fees will only be refunded to the person, or organisation initially nominated. NZ Immigration will also be notified of your withdrawal from the course. Should you withdraw after the first eight days from the start of your course, no refund will made. Failure to comply with the attendance policy does not automatically constitute a withdrawal but may result in your expulsion from the course and notification to NZ Immigration.
