This method is ideal for employers, as it means minimal disruption to your business and ensures your staff use and remember the principals of the day's lessons. This also eliminates the need to employ temporary staff personnel while your staff is away at training. b) Instructor led group training Organised into small groups, trainees learn through workshop & group activities.
