Contact Centre - Career Options & Opportunities COURSE INTRODUCTION:- This course focuses on the variety of career options and opportunities available to those with Contact centre skills. This course will enhance the research you have already considered as you embark upon the career of a Contact centre representative. The primary focus is on career paths for customer service representatives; marketers of products and services; reservation attendants in world-wide travel, tourism, and hospitality organizations; account services representatives; customer service agents for insurance, banking, and credit agencies; telemarketing researchers and public opinion data collectors; and government information specialists. The course combines theoretical, how-to information with hands-on, practical applications. You will be required to draw on your own knowledge and experience; to research, organize, and analyse information relating to career options and opportunities; and to make decisions about your own proposed career path. During the course, you will develop and apply such skills as researching; self-assessment; setting goals; developing job search strategies; using planning and organizing tools; maintaining records; networking; problem solving; and decision making. At the end of this course, you will have planned a long-term employment strategy based on a good understanding of the hiring requirements, salary ranges, career paths, and skill sets required for a variety of Contact centre jobs. A certificate is issued upon the student’s completion of the course and on attaining a pass mark of 75% or higher for the final assessment.
