Business Writing Essentials COURSE INTRODUCTION: The Business Writing Essentials course
provides students with a comprehensive review of grammar and writing
techniques. These techniques are needed to further develop the required writing
skills to produce documents for business use. The course focuses on word usage,
grammar, and punctuation, and provides the necessary foundation for other
business writing or correspondence courses. This course also provides an
overview of grammar trends, based on a Canadian perspective. Learning objectives for each lesson are
accomplished through a combination of theory and hands-on tasks. The tasks
provide ample opportunity for students to practice, apply, and develop basic
business writing skills. A practice exercise and review
