Basic Bookkeeping Terms & Concepts COURSE INTRODUCTION:- The Basic Bookkeeping Terms and Concepts course introduces the student to the basic concepts that apply to bookkeeping practice in a general sense. Subjects and tasks covered include: Analysing source documents and recording debits and credits using T-Accounts Recording transactions in the General Journal Posting transactions from the General Journal to the General Ledger Preparing a Trial Balance from the General Ledger During the course you will be given exercises based on the concepts that each lesson explores. COURSE PREREQUISITES:- None OF INTEREST TO :- Those who are interested in a career as a bookkeeper or are interested in starting their own business.
