COURSE INTRODUCTION:-

The Basic Bookkeeping Terms and Concepts course introduces the student to the basic concepts that apply to bookkeeping practice in a general sense.

 Subjects and tasks covered include:

    Analysing source documents and recording debits and credits using T-Accounts

    Recording transactions in the General Journal

    Posting transactions from the General Journal to the General Ledger

    Preparing a Trial Balance from the General Ledger

During the course you will be given exercises based on the concepts that each lesson explores.

A certificate is issued upon the student’s completion of the course and on attaining a pass mark of 80% or higher for the final assessment
