Application for a Place of Study 1. Academy will only make an offer for a place of study where:- a. all application forms have been fully completed and signed where required by the applicant. b. Academy can provide a place of study at the College and that a place will be available for the duration of the course applied for - excluding disruption through events of force majeure or direct or indirect actions of third parties affecting Academy delivery of courses. c. the Academy expects that the course applied for will run for the period applied for without significant alteration that would decrease the Student qualification value or increase the fee. d. Academy, to its satisfaction, believes all information provided by the applicant is true and correct. e. all information requiring validation is available and validated by a source satisfactory to Academy. f. the applicant has provided sufficient evidence of entry-level academic capability commensurate with course prerequisites and/or has achieved 75% or more in any prerequisite assessments for the course. g. the applicant has agreed to the terms and conditions of the college. h. the applicant has paid all course and course related fees. 2. All Offers For A Place Of Study must be in writing and signed by a Director of the Academy. 3. Offers For A Place Of Study will only be valid:- a. for the dates of the course specified b. providing the Applicant does not withdraw fees before receipt of the applicant’s acceptance c. providing the applicant commences the course on the designated course start date. 4. Any offer For A Place Of Study will become null and void where:- a. Academy has not received the Acceptance Advice from the Applicant prior to the close-off date for enrolment into the course (thirty days for International Students & five working days for Domestic Students). b. a Student withdraws from the course. c. a Student fails to attend according to the prescribed Study Plan. d. it is found that the Student has in any way misrepresented information to the Academy. e. the Student is expelled from the college for any reason of misconduct or breach of College Policy and Procedure.
